Ice skating in Chicago's Millennium Park ranks among the best outings of the winter season. Enjoy the great outdoors, piped-in music, and the festive atmosphere all winter long. The 2009-2010 Millennium Park ice skating season schedule is still to be determined, but it usually runs from November to March every year.

Hours of Millennium Park Ice Skating:
Open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, the rink is usually open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., but that is still TBD.
Admission, Tickets, and Skate Rentals at Millennium Park Ice Rink:
The rink is open to the public. It is free if you have your own skates. You can just walk (skate) right on. If you need to rent skates, they are available at the rink for a $9 charge.
No tickets are issued or required to skate at the Millennium Park Ice Rink.
