The Life Force Arts Center (3148 N. Lincoln) launches this inaugural festival of all things spiritual. More than 30 artists in a variety of media are scheduled along with panel discussions, lectures, and workshops. You can buy a full-festival pass at $100, a single day pass for $40, and, should you really want to attend but lack the money to do so, organizers are right now saying no one will be turned away for lack of funds. White Sox at Home vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates (Friday to Sunday)
