The 15th annual Northalsted Halloween Parade will being at 7 p.m. (Costume registration starts at 4 p.m.) and will go until midnight. Costume categories include Best Pet Costume, Best Couple, Best Group, and more. There will also be a stage performance including music and the Chicago Fire Tribe. The parade begins at Halsted and Belmont.
Composed of seven quirky, humorous, and scary short plays, the Seven Scary Tales will take place at The National Pastime Theater at 4139 N. Broadway starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15.
