Easter Brunch at the Drury Lane Oakbrook Terrace:

From 10:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.,Drury Lane Oakbrook Terrace will have an Easter Brunch that includes Oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes, bruschetta, chilled shrimp, and other dishes. Children will also have a chance to meet the Easter Bunny from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Easter Brunch buffet is $30.95 for adults, $11.50 for children ages 6 - 12, $8.00 for children ages 3 - 5, and children ages 2 and under are free.

Easter Brunch at the InterContinental on Michigan Avenue:

Easter brunch at the historic InterContinental Chicago (with Executive Chef Kurt Mittelberger at the helm) includes halibut with caponata, as well as free-range chicken with apple fennel stuffing in a demi glaze, a carving station, sushi, and appetizers such as snow crab meat-salpicon with caper mayonnaise and micro arugula and terrine of duck-confit with foie gras and port wine pears. Easter brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and is $55 per person with a complimentary mimosa and $23 per child with orange juice.

Easter Brunch and Dinner at Restaurant Michael:

Enjoy a three-course prix fixe Easter brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or, as the Restaurant Michael describes, a "No Fuss" Easter Dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The cost for brunch is $39 per person and $19 per child ages 10 and under (excluding tax and gratuity). The Easter brunch menu includes pan-roasted diver scallop over braised beef short rib with a tarragon-scented spatzle ragout and caramelized onion and bacon "Tarte Flamb" among other dishes, including Maine lobster and exotic mushroom risotto with crispy fried leeks and grilled asparagus tips. The "No Fuss" Easter Dinner includes a three-course prix fixe menu for $48 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) with dishes such as house-cured and smoked wild Alaskan salmon rosette over a warm potato gateau and lemongrass honey creme fraiche.

Easter Brunch at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar:

Easter brunch at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar includes a three-course prix fixe affair from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $32.95 (excluding tax and gratuity). Sample entrees include mushroom, cheddar, and filet mignon frittata with rosti potatoes and turkey sage sausage. Children (age 12 and under) can also enjoy their holiday brunch that includes a starter, choice of entree, choice of beverage, and dessert for $15.95 (excluding tax and gratuity).

Easter Brunch at Balsan (Elysian Hotel):

Balsan's three-course Easter brunch is $45 per person and includes a selection of salumi and domestic cheeses and scones served with house made chocolate-hazelnut spread, lemon curd, and preserves, as well as entrees such as a breakfast sandwich croissant with uplands cheese, egg, dijon mustard, and speck.

Easter Brunch at Mercat a la Planxa:

Adjacent to the historic Blackstone Hotel, Mercat a la Planxa is serving a three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch with seven different tapas, as well as carving and dessert stations. Brunch hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and prices are $35 per person and $16.95 for children under the age of 12 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

Easter Brunch at Sixteen (Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago):

Sixteen's Easter brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m and will include dishes such as crispy trout with mushroom and fava bean ragu, Thai-spiced shrimp with curry-apple slaw, and grilled asparagus with goat cheese, candied walnuts, and truffle vinaigrette.House made chocolate bunnies are also part of the festivities and the real Easter Bunny will make a special appearance at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $115 for adults and $25 for children (under 8 years of age) exclusive of alcohol, tax, and gratuity. Sixteen will also be open for Easter dinner from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
