Please Note: This information was created in anticipation of the February 5, 2008 Illinois state primary, which is now over. I am keeping the information posted as a political archive, but please understand that, in many instances, links may no longer work. The losing candidates generally shut down their sites soon after ending their campaigns. John McCain won the Illinois Republican Primary.

Here are the Republican candidates for President of the United States (and links to their official web sites) in the order they will appear on Illinois Republican Primary ballots. The numbers also reflect their ballot punch numbers.

Illinois's General Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2008.
