With just one weekend left, Chicago's mayoral candidates get ready for the upcoming mayor's race on February 22, and Chicagoans get ready to vote for a new mayor and all 50 City Council seats.
The Candidates:
This year's mayor's race has the following candidates:
- Community Activist Patricia Van Pelt-Watkins
- Community Activist William "Dock" Walls
- City Clerk Miguel del Valle
- U.S. Senator Carol Moseley Braun
- Former Chicago Board of Education President Gery Chico
- Former White Houe Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel
Election Day Information:
Election Day is February 22 and polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. You must be registered to vote. You can check your voter registration on the Election Commissioners for the City of Chicago's Web site.
