Top 12 Chicago Dog ParksThe Chicago Park District likes to call dog parks "dog friendly areas." But, if your dog is like mine, she won't know the difference. The dog park is located on Seminary along the west side of the train tracks, just north of Irving Park. 2. Churchill Field Park1825 N.
