Okay, it's not in Wrigley Field, but it's the next best thing: Sheffield Baseball Club overlooks the ball park from a rooftop across the street, and it is officially sanctioned by the Cubs for game viewing. Usually requires a 20 person minimum to book.

Well, this is a theoretical suggestion. If you want, you can sign up for the waiting list for season tickets and follow your progress as you "stand" in line. For the record, I signed up on January 13, 2008, and my number in line was 77,455. No, I'm not kidding and that is not a typo.
