I think this is an especially good photo from the Chicago Air and Water show because it gives you a strong sense of just how close the planes get to our urban landscape -- sometimes unnervingly close. If you can get a vantage point from one of the buildings lining the lakefront, the looks at the planes can be truly awesome.
