Overview of the Museum of Contemporary Art:
Since its inception in 1967, Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) has grown to become the city's premiere destination for viewing, exploring, and exhibiting contemporary art.
The MCA focuses on art created since 1945 and on fostering a diverse community of people and experiences. It maintains a robust calendar of performances, classes, lectures, and exhibits as well as a restaurant, theater, and store.

Puck's Restaurant :
The main floor of the MCA features a Wolfgang Puck restaurant called Puck's. It's a bright and airy room overlooking Lake Shore Park with glimpses of Lake Michigan in the distance. The menu is reliable and creative, and an express counter offers to-go service as an alternative.
On warmer days, Puck's serves meals out on the terrace. When they do, it becomes one of the loveliest lunching spots in Chicago.

Architecture - Building by Josef Paul Kleihues :
The MCA is one of the city's jewels. My only wish was that they were much less conservative with their architectural choice when they opened their new site in 1996. The building is a bit sedate, in my opinion, for the forward-thinking art presented within.
