Overview of the Chicago Art Open 2008:
The annual Chicago Art Open bills itself as the "largest and most diverse survey of Chicagoland artists." The event, which is sponsored by the Chicago Artists' Coalition, hopes to drive local art collecting and raise the profile of local visual artists. In 2008, the Open celebrates its eleventh year.

- The Three C’s of Chicago Art: The Curator, Critic, and Collector. Three panel discussions.
