Jennifer RocheJennifer Roche is a writer, blogger, and mommer. She has lived in the "Land of Lincoln" since she was in the fifth grade. Experience:Jennifer is a freelance writer and editor. Her work has appeared in Conscious Choice, Community Arts Network, Chicago Parent, and elsewhere. Prior to that, she served as an editor for The McGraw-Hill Companies, Mosby health science publishers, and The University of Chicago Press. She earned a B.S. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters of Liberal Arts at the University of Chicago. From 2004-2007, she wrote a neighborhood blog called "The Place Where We Live." In 2005, Gapers Block named her as one of the "Top 10 Chicago Bloggers We Wish We Knew (But Don't)." She also spent a happy year contributing to Metroblogging Chicago.
