Foodies unite! The first-ever Chicago Food & Wine Festival will take place November 17 - 18, 2012 at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois, about an hour's drive west of Chicago.

The festival promises cooking demonstrations and tastings from celebrity chefs including Hell's Kitchen's Dana Cohen and sommelier Jess Altieri, host of WineChannelTV.com. For a complete list of participating chefs and celebrity guests, check out the Chicago Food & Wine Festival's Web site.
The festival will also include a gala on November 17 at 5:30 p.m. where ticket holders can mix and mingle with chefs and event sponsors while sampling food, wine, beer, and spirits.
Tickets for the Chicago Food & Wine Festival start ay $75 and go up to $250 for the gala on November 17.
