July is one Chicago's best months and there is no shortage of things to do. Find out what's happening in Chicago this weekend:
- Windy City RibFest in Uptown - July 15 - 17 - Local and national ribbers show off their best tastes. Arts, crafts, and music are also featured. Gate donation of $5 is suggested.
- Lincoln Park Arts & Music Festival - July 16 - 17 - More than 60 artists will have their works on display. Live music is also featured. Gate donation of $5 is suggested.
- Chinatown Summer Fair - July 17 - Asian cultural entertainment including a Lion Dance procession and food samples from Chinatown restaurants. This event is free.
- Old St. Pat's World's Largest Block Party - July 15 - 16 - The Old St. Pat's World's Largest Block Party attracts close to 30,000 people and hosts food, beer, and music such as Farraday on the 15th and Barenaked Ladies on the 16th. The block party is also known to locals as one of the biggest "singles parties." Close to 75 couples have said they have met there.
