Seems like there is a national holiday for everything, and believe it or not but tomorrow, Tuesday March 1, is National Pancake Day.

Yes, National Pancake Day.
And what does that mean for you?
What else but free pancakes.
IHOP will celebrate National Pancake Day by offering a free short stack of its famous buttermilk pancakes to each diner, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In return, IHOP is asking diners to leave something behind (i.e. a financial donation) for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities.
IHOP served 4 million free pancakes on National Pancake Day in 2010, and pancake lovers donated more than $2.1 million to children's charities.
Chicago has several IHOP locations, including:
- 3760 N. Halsted Street.
- 2818 W. Diversey Avenue.
- 4210 N. Cicero Avenue.
