How is Your Cornhole Game?
Monday June 23, 2008
Are you any good? Really? If so, you could win up to $400 at the Second Annual Soldier Field Cornhole Classic on Saturday, July 12. If you play doubles, that sum rises to $1000.
But, registration ends on Sunday, July 6 and you can't sign up the day of the games. Hurry. I know you've been working on your game all summer because I've seen you playing on the sidewalk and in the parking lot at US Cellular. I think you can win it.

I’m sorry, but I just can’t read the word “cornhole” without going into full Beavis and Butthead giggle mode. That said, the frat boys that play this incessantly while I’m trying to quietly get my drink on at the local beer garden are a shoo in to win.
I know, but I think “bags” is worse, isn’t it? (And, kudos to you for correct spelling of “shoo in,” a word I mangled earlier this week. I swear I thought it was “shoe” as in boot it on in. Apologies to the grammarians. Again.)
We have a tournament of our own, just one state west. Missouri Cornhole Association - August 2nd in Ballwin, MO
