The Illinois Lottery has launched a special raffle for Monday, March 17, St. Patrick's Day, that will give $1 million to four lucky winners. The Lottery is touting this as the best chance to win $1 million that they've ever offered. As of this posting, there are just over 8,000 tickets left. Here are the details:

• 500,000 Total Tickets to be Sold
• $20 each
• Four $1 Million Winners, Five $100,000 Winners, Five Hundred $1000 Winners
• Each raffle ticket has a number. They are sold in sequential order.
• They're available wherever lottery tickets are sold (until they're sold out).
